Also I would like to thank the amazing spa team Ms. Joanna and all the professionals there. I was honoured to be served by the restaurants team Ms. Rosana Damas, Carlos, Fernando Jimenez and Chef Rafael Perez. I did enjoy the Aqua Beach Club met amazing Angelo, Yuleisy, Delvin, Maximo, Agustin, Noelia and Kiara. See you soon guys.

My husband and I had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect, you can see the Top Management is taking care of all the details. Food selection was top and our room was super comfortable. We would like to thank all the staff that make sure we had a great time. We arrived tired on the check in as we flew from Italy. Amelia on the reception was so empathetic and make sure we had all the info we needed as smooth as possible so we could go directly to rest. We also met the amazing team of hostess that greeted you in all the restaurants. The waiters, the servers in the buffet line, Marcos who made sure my husband had every morning his panino as he liked it. And special thanks to Rafael and Daniel, the two beach and pool waiters that were all the time with us making our stay so memorable. Thank you❤️ we will be back soon!
