Rooms were really nice and very well equipped. The staff were fantastic. Really friendly and very helpful. They stored our bike bags while we went cycle touring for a week around Crete. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Opstaan en gaan zonnen aan de zee, enkel beschikbaar voor mensen van het hotel, om dan naar de avond naar het zwembad te gaan en daar een leuke drank te nuttigen aan de bar.

We booked a Double Deluxe for 2 nights and the room was perfect. Everything is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and they even offered to help us with carrying the luggage from the parking behind the bakery to the hotel. We couldn't find something to complain about even if we tried!

Very good and safe location, especially for female solo travellers. The communication with the staff is very effective and easy via email. After the leaving I have forgotten my personal belonging in the room. They contacted me immediately about this issue via email and were very helpful to deal with this extraordinary situation.

Het ontbijtbuffet was iedere dag weer een feest. Uitgebreide keuze en voor ieder wat wils. Heerlijk gegeten. Accommodatie, service en ligging is fantastisch. Wel een auto nodig of je moet de hele vakantie op het resort blijven. Top vakantie gehad!

Hyperion City Hotel & Spa is een accommodatie met 4 sterren tegenover het strand in Chania met heeft een buitenzwembad, een fitnessruimte en een gedeelde lounge. We stayed in this hotel with my wife and our one-year-old for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They would always greet us with a smile and ask if everything was ok. They even offered us vouchers for free drinks at the hotel's bar during check-in. The bedroom was very spacious, modern and clean. The cleaners even folded our clothes. We had asked for a baby cot, and even with that, we had plenty of space in the room. The mini bar in the room was free, and there were water bottles, soft drinks, a small wine, and coffee and tea. We didn't get a chance to dive into the pool, but we did relax for a while at the pool's sunbeds, which were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and every day, they even had a new addition. It was a 10-minute walk from the old city center so we didn't even have to move our car. There is private parking in the basement of the hotel, but the spots are limited, and you have to book in advance. We were not aware, but there were plenty of free parking spots on the streets around the hotel.

The experience at Lyttos Mare was fantastic! The entire staff was always available and professional from the very beginning. The facility has excellent pools where children can spend the whole day, and the dining service is of the highest quality. I want to particularly mention the restaurant staff who fully catered to our needs. Notable among them is Sous Chef Christos, who personally attended to our needs and allergies. Christos is a person for whom words are not enough to express his kindness. He is courteous, collaborative, cheerful, and always present! Thanks to his constant help, we were able to have a worry-free vacation. Thank you, Christos! Also, the dining room staff Giannis and Giorgios were incredibly helpful and courteous, always at our service! Hotel Madalena bevindt zich in Mykonos-stad, op 5 minuten lopen van Agia Anna-strand, en biedt accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, gratis privéparkeren, een terras en een bar. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. We had a private patio right outside our door with 2 sun beds, table and chairs. The bed was large and comfortable. Pillows were so comfortable too. Bathroom with walk-in shower was very spacious. Great to have a coffee machine as well as kettle in our room.
