The staff were amazingly helpful very fluent in English. Anything they probably lack is swimming pool, which in the cooler months heated would be lovely.

We had the junior suite. Would be better than the main suite, the receptionist also said her favourite of all the rooms. Nice having a separate shower and bath. An ideal location on the island city of Cádiz. The staff are very friendly, helpful and pleasant to talk to.

Cádiz might be a small strip of land, but being the oldest inhabited city in Spain, it means that it’s covered with monuments from different ages and cultures. Beautiful sandy beaches kissed by crystalline waters are also part of its magic, while you won’t be able to forget that you’re in Andalusia, land of music and passion.
Founded by Phoenicians, it had Greek, Roman, Arab and Visigoth influence, and the Age of Discoveries reclaimed its fame as port city. It became a cosmopolitan centre of commerce, enriching a heritage still visible in its historic centre. Don’t miss its narrow streets, colourful squares, the Roman theatre, and the imposing and eclectic Cathedral. Some of the most unique hotels in Cádiz are located in the Old Town.
The newer districts include wide avenues and contemporary buildings. These are the areas of Cádiz with a larger offering of modern hotels on the beach and apartments for rent. Restaurants and cafés serving great local, Andalusian and Spanish specialities are also easy to find.
The railway stations of Estadio, Segunda Aguada, and Central link the city with the rest of the country, while the nearby Jerez Airport is 47 km away. If thinking of visiting southern Spain, check out the Cádiz accommodation deals on Booking.com!

Cadiz is a city full of atracttions, history and restaurants. It it good place to explore souranding area like Jerez de la Frontera or Arcos de la Frontera. Restaurants in Cadiz is cheaper than in many cities in Spain. There is nice spot to watch sunset like San Sebastian Castle or less popular promenad close to Parque José Celestino Mutis ( you can see beautiful La Pepea Bridge ).

Cadiz is a beautiful city, among the oldest in Europe.
Cadiz is a beautiful city, among the oldest in Europe. The people are very friendly and the views are stunning. We visited here after visiting Madrid and it was a breath of fresh air. Beautiful narrow streets without the crowds. The market is a great place to sample the local seafood. The train station is a short walk to the town center and from there, you can visit nearby Jerez, Cordoba or Seville. There are also beautiful beaches.

Cadiz is lovely, first impression I thought it was a bit tired and run down but the more I saw the more I loved it. It really has everything, beautiful beaches, a fabulous old town, and lots of sights to see. Great cafe culture. Better for the more mature traveller which suited us fine. No music blasting out or nightclubs that I was aware of. Very authentic Spain. The city is vast but has a very good transport network.

just the right size for walking about with lovely scenery, loads of shops, cafes, bars etc just a pain to get to from Seville - do thorough research on exactly how you are getting from A to B and when - you can't just turn up and get on a train they get full and 'sold out' and are not that frequent.

Cadiz is a lovely city with beautiful architecture and history.
It is a clean city and we love exploring all of the alleyways and streets.
The people are very friendly and it’s not expensive to eat and drink in.
The Reception staff were excellent especially a young lady called Ana she was exceptional.
We used room service at the end of the evening food was lovely,
We had an alleyway room which was comfortable would request another room if we were to stay there again.
The Bar staff were polite and run off their feet with drinks orders, the hotel is central for all the new and old town which is grerat there is a few bars and restaraunts right on your doorstep.
All in all the hotel is in a good area.
Hostal Bahia is a great place in the old town of Cadiz. It is located in the heart of this amazing town. You could find many shops, bars, restaurants and attractions if you only get out the hotel's door. The seafront is also very close. The host was smiled and friendly although we arrived a bit late. The room was good, with its own facilities. The reception is 24/7. It was perfect stay for a night. I wished I could spend much more time in Cadiz. That would be a good resaon to come back some day.
The Hotel is perfectly situated in Cadiz old town, very close to the playa. The room was clean and tidy everyday. The Hotel has a very nice rooftop where you can relax or even work if needed. Carmen that runs the Hotel is the perfect host, taking care of us and giving Expert reccomendations. Also, she was very friendly with a contagious good mood and also very service minded. If you want to experience Cadiz and get some bang for your bucks this is the place!
Perfect location for exploring the old town of Cadiz. Great choice of restaurants within walking distance. Extremely helpful reception staff who went out of their way to advise a variety of places to eat and visit. Also provided coffee and cake on morning of departure before breakfast service started. Fabulous views from hotels rooftop terrace and from the top of the spiral staircase in their own tower.
The staff was very friendly and ready to help whenever needed.
The hotel is nice and comfortable. The room size was more than enough for a solo traveler and quiet.
The breakfast was very good and there was a big variety.
The old town is about 25 minute-walk from the hotel; so if you like walking, you can do that along the beach promenade.
The hotel is very conveniently situated within walking distance of the best places to see in Cadiz. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Our room was well appointed with the added bonus of tea and coffee making facilities provided. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Just right for a short stay in the beautiful city of Cadiz.
It’s a lovely, well-designed, contemporary hotel right in the heart of Cadiz old town. Our superior room was spacious with a nice bathroom. As we had a bit of work to do, we really appreciated the lounge and Co-working space. Staff were very friendly and, perhaps because it was January, it was fantastic value for money.
Good location right next to the city hall square. The room is OK, but the door is a bit hard and noisy to lock and unlock. The toilet is right outside my room, so it's easy to access. There is a huge supermarket next to Mercado Central de Cádiz (walkable from the pension) where you can find anything you need.
The hotel is very well located - right in the heart of the Old City in Cadiz. It is very close to the beach; and lot of cool things to see and do around it.
The check in / out was very efficient. The room was large, comfortable bed, good shower.
The staff at reception was very friendly and nice.
From the moment of our arrival until our departure the reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
The room was comfortable and quiet.
The hotel is in a perfect central location in the old city of Cadiz.
We could not have chosen a better hotel for our stay in Cadiz and will return.
The hotel is very well located in the city center of Cadiz. Close to main places like Cathedral and Plaza de Candelaria. The architecture of the hotel is quite nice, an old refurbished historical building. The staff was very polite and helpful. The beds are comfortable.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The view was wonderful and the breakfast was nice. The bed was comfortable and it had a wonderful balcony. Still the best hotel location in Cadiz. The reception people gave good recommendations and helped whenever we had questions.
The apartment is located in a great spot for visiting Cadiz and all the old town has to offer. The host and maid were so very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is newly renovated and so cute. The bed and sofa were comfortable. I felt very much at home there.
Located in an alley right next to the Juan de Dios Plaza in 'Old Towen' Cadiz, the Soho Boutique Hotel is a wonderful place to rest and relax. The rooms are fully equipped and the breakfast is excellent. Pilar at Reception was a gracious host. We plan to go back.
Given that quality accommodation is frustratingly scarce in Cadiz’s old town, this hotel is an ok option in a sea of poor options and bad value. The best that can be said of Hotel Argantonio is that it’s clean, quiet, in the old town and the staff was friendly.
The location of Summer Cádiz is absolutely perfect for being able to explore the entire city centre of Cádiz easily. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the property was well maintained and clean.
The room was perfect. Complementary accessories of a 5 stars hotel. Isabel at the reception was kind and helpful.
Position is perfect to enjoy the chiringuito on the beach. Will come back for sure.
The location is great. Right on the beach and the promenade. Easy to get to the city center.
Underground garage is nearby.
Cadiz is a great city to spend a week.
