The hotels have many different type of rooms. The room we choose for this particular booking was OK. It was small but still big enough to open our big suitcase and enough for myself and my 5 years old; it was clean and rather cozy; though more pillows would be much appreciated. The bed was rather hard and the linen was rough, nevertheless, it was all small nitpicking details that could be improved and at the end of the day are fine given the LOCATION is just the best, the best best best.
The location is unbeatable especially if you travel with kids. Its connected directly to the Shinshaibashi train station. The pokemon center Shinshaibashi , Shinshaibashi shopping street, PARCO and Daimaru just across the street, a vert short distance walk to Daiso, Don Quijote, Uniqlo, Gu, the bridge where Glico sign is, walking distance to Namba, the Capybara cafe was just behind the hotel where all the vintage shopping -America Mura is located. Food options are everywhere: Local, western, Korean, Chinese, food court, ALL are within walking distance; and Family mart just behind the hotel. Its perfect! Even if you chose the small room options, the price paid for is truly for the location. As well as the service from all the staff. They are absolutely best! I have witnessed many staff of the concierge help schedule and arrange tour schedule for some guests, They have their luggage forwarding services and staff speak english fluently.
Breakfast options were great, all staffs were friendly and the whole ambiance, environment of the hotel was really child friendly. Staff was also considerate to remind those who came slightly close to the end of breakfast time when the buffet will be close.
It was a really pleasant stay. Will definitely choose to stay here again the next time we come to Osaka

Room was large enough to accommodate our oversized luggage with out feeling crowded. The views over the city were amazing from our room on the 42nd floor. Had drink vending machine on our floor and a family mart just outside the main door. Train station accessible in one direction and metro in the other but did not notice train noise at all. Would definitely book here again

At the meeting point of river and sea, huge Osaka combines forward-thinking development and sure-footed tradition. This is symbolised in its temple-like, 16th century castle, guarded by ramparts and enlivened by vibrant spring cherry blossom. Dominating the surrounding skyline is Osaka Business Park, a reminder of the city’s strong role in the Japanese economy.
However, the most striking skyscraper is the Umeda Sky Building - 2 towers connected by a rooftop terrace offering far-reaching views. The nearby Osaka and Umeda train stations are linked by underground shopping centres, while the shops of Shinsaibashi’s America Village appeal to a younger crowd. Dōtonbori’s neon lights promote more shops, as well as restaurants considered the best in Osaka. In a city touted as Japan’s culinary capital, that’s quite an accolade.
The Tsūtenkaku tower overlooks Tennōji Park, home of the Osaka Municipal Museum of Art. Another nearby park houses Shitennō-ji, one of Japan’s oldest Buddhist temples.
The Kyocera Dome Osaka is a shrine of baseball, and more thrills are at waterfront Universal Studios Japan, the country’s 2nd largest theme park. Also by the sea is Kansai International Airport, on its own artificial island.
The capsule hotel was invented in Osaka, and alongside this type of accommodation, Booking.com also offers luxury hotels with pools, cheap hostels and traditional ryokans.
Osaka full of adventures, good foods, visiting points.
Osaka full of adventures, good foods, visiting points. I like to join local tour to Kyoto and places around Osaka. I tried different type of food like omaskase, belt sushi, shabu shabu, spaghetti, crab, wagyu and more, very tasty and delicious. Universal Studio is my favorite place to go.
Osaka is really good.

Everything is good except using the train; it’s super complicated and confusing and a lot of people. I think it needs better English translation of how to access the train especially when buying tickets and transfers and exiting the stations.

I booked 4 nights in Osaka which was too long given we had already spent a week in Kyoto which was very close by. If I returned to Japan I'd prefer to have spent longer in Kyoto with a day trip to Osaka.
Best place to visit was the Team Lab Borderless Garden, even though we had a massive downpour in the middle of the visit it was magical and would recommend to everyone. The park restaurant was also a bonus and would recommend eating a small tea there before visiting.
Dotonburi was worth visiting for an evening also.
Having travelled around Japan for the preceding 3 weeks we were shocked to see litter in Osaka and smoking on the streets. The quality of food around Dotonburi wasn't great compared to similar places in other cities.

We booked for 2 nights in Osaka, but as the transport to get there is so efficient, one night would be sufficient to see the sights. Osaka Castle well worth the visit, but easily done if a few hours. Tip: when using the Metro lines, opt for the cheapest fare, and if insufficient, visit the "Fare Adjustment" counter upon arrival at your destination.

Osaka has lots of different things to see, from the castle to the aquarium, modern shopping centers to neon-lit tourist streets and giant underground shopping/dining complexes.
Public transportation is convenient, clean, safe, and timely. Multiple interweaving systems can be a bit confusing, and transfers between lines might involve a bit of walking through large stations.
Osaka is an easy central point for visiting Kyoto, Kobe, Himeji.
The hotel is very close to the action of Namba, as well as Denden Town. There are lots of trendy small businesses under the train tracks which we could take advantage of. Also, king beds are pretty rare at Japanese hotels, so we liked that. There is a rooftop which is open to guests, and they have a bar open throughout the day; we didn't go when the bar was open, so not sure of the prices or anything, but the view from the rooftop was nice. Only 2 pillows were provided, but when I asked for more, they were provided by the hotel staff.
The location of this hotel is very good. Just a 5-minute walk from the Shin-Osaka station, Midosuji Subway line exit. Just cross the road and walk straight to enter from the back side entrance. Please refer to the pictures I attached here. This is where you need to exit from Shin-Osaka and walk towards the hotel.
The hotel is an old property that has been renovated so the design and interiors are still like old Japanese hotels. It is not bad though. Space is sufficient for 2 people. WIFI runs well and the staff are helpful.
Location, few minutes walk from Shin Imamiya station which has access to most of daytrips I have from Osaka like Himeji, Koyasan and Nara (Nankai + JR). Close also to Shinsekai (walking distance), Namba/Dotonbori (2 trains stops). Apartment is also fully furnished so you can experience what a Japanese household usually have, love the best the heated toilet and bathtub! Staff tries hard to communicate with you even if they also have hard time to speak English.
This hotel is in an incredible location in Osaka as far as ready access to trains, local shopping, convenience stores and restaurants. It's super affordable if you're staying there during the week. Checking in and out is easy even if you're not great with Japanese.
Compared to the other capsule hotel I've been to this one is nice because you get some personal space. A small area to lay out your things, eat and relax by yourself between activities.
This is a nice hotel in a very convenient location. The staff were all friendly and helpful It was less than a 10 minute walk to the Osaka Namba train station, which is a great place to start day trips to Koyosan, Nara, etc. It is also only 10-15 minutes from Dotonbori for shopping, nightlife, and food. The room was big, and had a real table and chairs to sit at (not always a given in Japan). It was also quiet, comfortable, and had a kitchenette.
Location ! location ! location ! The hotel is in Osaka Dotonbori (道顿堀), not too jam-packed with tourist yet just a short walk to Ebisubashi Bridge & Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street. Namba station, a major interchange, is about 10 minutes walk (exit 25).
At specific time, the hotel provides FREE Sake & cocktail (at least 4 types each), Asahi beer, all sort of soft drinks, Ice-scream (2 types), & various instant noodles at the lobby.
The location cannot be beat. It’s literally a step away from Dotonbori, and very well connected with the rest of Osaka with Namba Station a few minutes walk away. The room was reasonably large for what I booked, and I especially loved the shower which had a very large space, entirely separate from the toilet, with a bath and stand up shower - a first that I’ve seen in Japan where hotel bathrooms can be a little cramped.
The location is very convenient. Dotonbori is 5 minutes away by walking. Very short walk to train stations, JR Station, laundromat is across the street. 7/11, Lawson, family mart are minutes walking distance. Staff ( Hsueh) was working when we checked in and checked out. He speaks minimum english but was extremely helpful. Room is tights as many hotels in Japan but comfortable enough for 2 adults.
A decent basic hotel, comfortable, clean and a reasonable sized room (for a Japanese budget hotel) with a nice view of the river (not from all rooms) and a 15-20 min walk to Osaka station. Good services nearby, and Nakanoshima's impressive Festival Towers. If your main interest is the night-life of Dotonbori, it's a good 20 minute walk away although frankly, Osaka has far better things to offer.
I wanted to stay in Dontonburi, and the hotel was perfect for that; it is close to all of the attractions there. It is within reasonable walking to a subway/rail line for easy access to other parts of Osaka. The breakfast was incredible too. It was a Japanese-style breakfast with some Western elements. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family in Osaka.
One of my favourite hotels we stayed in during our time in Japan. This hotel had a nice reception area with amenities to use for free. The onsen was also a nice bonus to visit at the end of the day and relax. We also liked the rooms and had enough space for the two of us and our suitcases. The location also made it easy to get to the heart of Osaka's food!
The hotel is new and modern. The room was very nice and clean, with a good design, a bit more spacious than most of the rooms in urban hotels in Japan. The location was perfect, less than 10 min walk from Osaka station and in a neighborhood full of stores and restaurants. We did not eat at the hotel, but the restaurant looked good.
Location is good as it is right next to Osaka station, however it is quite far from most of the tourist attractions such as Namba and Osaka castle etc. Loved having a big tv with YouTube. But the casting option for the tv didnt seem to work at all. It was also I nice luxury having a big bath compared to other Japanese hotels.
Very good price for what it offers, close to the main stations and many attractions in osaka.
Staff was really kind, and the breakfast was good too.
Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quite spacious for a japanese hotel room.
I don't have big complains and I'd definitely stay there again in the future.
The location was great. Walking distance to dotonbori and shishaibashi. Walking distance to nightlife as well. Will definitely stay again when I come to Osaka again. Price wasn't that bad, considering that hotels are pricey In Japan on weekends.
Location is amazing. Second time I have stayed here in Osaka and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Larger rooms than most Japanese hotels with enough room for multiple people with multiple cases.
Fantastic location, right near Dotonbori - I think it was the perfect location in Osaka! Amazing having an onsen in the hotel and free to use for guests!
