Taniel and Andrea went above and beyond on several occasions for my husband and I. The restaurants were amazing and the breakfasts... We looked forward to them. The spa amazing. A resort nurse if you don't feel well. Just wonderful. We will be back❤️

Room is very spacious, super clean with breathtaking view and huge terrace with pool. Stuff was super nice, food was amazing and they offer various activities and facilities. We are definitely coming back.

He and ALL the staff there are so friendly and helpful. They took amazing care of us!

A big thank you to Lisandra (pool bed inspector) checking on us everyday making sure that we are happy and always nice to chat to her and her appreciation of her beautiful country. A big thank you for Haydon for organizing and booking our New Years eve table at Zilara Pool - we enjoyed the evening. We can highly recommend Hyatt Cap Cana to anyone, good quality food, exceptional caring friendly staff members and amazing comfortable clean rooms. Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana is the best resort in Dominican Republic!!!
