The Japanese style house is unique and its worth a experience. They have private and common onsen (with beach view outside) We had a great time and would highly recommend this place

The breakfast and dinner included in our stay was out of this world and a beautiful way to experience Hokkaido — our first time there. The service was fantastic, start to finish — we always felt welcome and cared for. I read about this hotel in The NY Times, and it delivered, 100 percent. Highly recommend, 10/10!

Tsuruga Resort offers luxurious accommodation and hot-spring baths by Lake Shikotsu. Massage services and a fitness centre are on offer. The spacious rooms include a flat-screen TV and seating area. The hotel was next to the ice festival and it was amazing. The food was delicious and the staff was so nice. Also the onsen was great. I would recommend! Also they made a breakfast bentobox on the go
